On TNA, there is a 259 driver Homersham in the FANY. Because all of her work was done for the French, and not supporting soldiers of the BEF. Like others working for the French she would have been given the choice of receiving either British or French service medals, and her entry on the medal roll (WO329/2324) shows that she almost certainly opted for the British, so would have received the British War Medal and Victory Medal.
