Mike763222 Posted 9 October , 2013 Share Posted 9 October , 2013 I hope that this album will be of interest to many of you. Dorothy worked at the Manor House Hospital (an auxiliary hospital) in Folkestone during the war. These types of album do come to light from time to time; this one is exceptionally rich in content with over 100 pages of poems, pictures, photos and messages. I have posted it on the Step Short website and it can be found here Mike
redbarchetta Posted 9 October , 2013 Share Posted 9 October , 2013 Nice album, and nice idea to digitalise it. Next step would be to transcribe the names of the contributors, so someone searching would actually find this immortal record...! I wonder why she cut out those articles on Lt Probert, the chap with memory loss who disappeared from a different hospital... Anyway, thanks for posting, Mike.
