Album of VAD nurse Dorothy Earnshaw

I hope that this album will be of interest to many of you. Dorothy worked at the Manor House Hospital (an auxiliary hospital) in Folkestone during the war. These types of album do come to light from time to time; this one is exceptionally rich in content with over 100 pages of poems, pictures, photos and messages.

Nice album, and nice idea to digitalise it. Next step would be to transcribe the names of the contributors, so someone searching would actually find this immortal record...!

I wonder why she cut out those articles on Lt Probert, the chap with memory loss who disappeared from a different hospital...

She must have been quite a woman, they were all in love with her...
