- Pte Davis was declared missing presumed dead in France

- Rfn Dillon died of cardiac disease

- Pte Du Plessis died of pneumonia

- Dresser Garland died post-discharge of tuberculosis

- Pte Geyer died of illness on Robbin Island

- Dvr Jacobs died post-discharge of tuberculosis

- Burgher Le Roux was declared missing presumed dead in action at Jakalswater Riet, GSWA

- Constable Liebenberg died of pleurisy and heart failure

- Dvr Madumbu died of syphilis and burst blood vessel

- Mech. Marlow died in an accident at Silverton Crossing, South AFrica
