Requesting information on the full names of the Goeben's first and second gunnery officers.

Your question is answerable though I don't have the reference work that would allow me to do so. Goeben would probably have had several gunnery officers during the war. It's possible that someone has figured this out. If not there's a difficult to obtain work (long out of print and expensive and rare on the used market but a reference library might have a copy) called the "Ehrenrangliste der Kaiserlich Deutschen Marine" which lists all WWI German navy officers and their assignments.
