Hi

anyone know where this is? I have a 1st Staffs casualty and do not know where he was killed but War Diaries mention this place?

Is it 1st Battalion North or South Staffs?

Any date information available, i.e. year, month, day ?

Hi

is is 1st South Staffs and is 29th December 1914.

Hi Tony,

1st Battalion South Staffordshire Regiment, 22nd Brigade, 7th Division were located in the Fleurbaix area at that time.
