I for my part did not know until I saw the video that the German tank crews used wireless to communicate with other echelons on the move. Kind of early forerunner of today's netted and distributed communications architecture.

Wireless was more widely used during WW1 than many people realise Egbert, something I began to realise when researching for my lecture... regards Tom
