If anyone has Sheet 56 map of Germany that covers Waldshut and the surrounding area please could I have a copy? I'm sorry I don't know what scale this map would be however I did get Sheet 56 at the National Archives and the scale was huge (250,000 and 200,000) and not the correct area. seaforths Posted 8 August , 2013 Author Share Posted 8 August , 2013 The CWGC had informed me in their email that the IWM held the map I needed and so I also tried emailing the IWM and received their response today. Unfortunately their map collection is out of circulation and inaccessible so they cannot help me but referred me to TNA which I have already tried. I'm guessing that there isn't much interest in maps of Germany from that period of time and therefore any copies in circulation would be rare indeed.
