As I recall, the weapon that killed him is kept in a Hapsburg home [palace] not too far from Vienna and where he and Sophie are buried; the tombs etc were paid for by the Hungarian Government, which of course remained a monarchy (apart from its 'Soviet' period, until after WW II. There are some odds and ends in Konopiste too, their country house quite close to Prague.
