French OF1 Grenade

Just recently picked up this OF1 grenade...Couple of questions. 1. Is the igniter a model 1915 percussion? 2. any ideas on what HO stands for on the spoon?

It's the Model 1916B Brillant fuse, called the "automatic igniter."

Can't tell you what HO means, though.

From the photo it looks more like HD. The corners appear to be curved on the right side of the letter, but not on the left? Having said that, I have no idea what it means but my money would be on the manufacturers stamp.
