The Mors terchnically speaking were French not Belgian - the Mors company being founded in Paris in 1898. In 1908 André Citroën became chairman and after the war the company was absorbed into Citroën. Belgium and the USA were their two main export markets and I believe they were assembled in Belgium from parts supplied from France. AFAIK the armoured bodies were also made in France (Dunkirk I think) but added in Belgium.
