Wording of Military Service Act 1916 (Session 2)

I have seen examples of members of the R.D.C. signing the Imperial Service Obligation in June 1916 and there is an exchange recorded in Hansard for 15 May 1916 which seems to imply that a TF soldier would avoid being posted to a non-TF unit if he had volunteered for overseas service. I think this has to do with the Military Service Act 1916 (Session 2) but I can't find a full transcript of this act (I am aware that there is a summary on 1914-1918.net). Does anyone have a transcript they could post or a link to the full act please?
