Very distinctive, as the RMLI did not wear collar badges on full dress at that time and instead wore a globe and laurels on their shoulder strap. Irritatingly I was hoping for King's Regt. Dragoon Guards around 1900 to link with Alfred James Amson the tenacious scouser of another post. Ah well could be his brother Richard.
