egbert Posted 8 September , 2004 Share Posted 8 September , 2004 Does anybody has the matching trenchmap which fits exactly the depicted aerial of Canadian Vimy Memorial?
CROONAERT Posted 8 September , 2004 Share Posted 8 September , 2004 June 1916... (not to scale with your photo, Grange leads to the right hand "Y" trench on your pic - front trenches abandoned on the map). dave.
andigger Posted 1 November , 2004 Share Posted 1 November , 2004 Dave, Just curious if you have a map that covers more of the park area. I just read Berton's book, and would really like to get a more detailed sense of the area. Thanks, Andy

I've got the whole area covered (2 or 3 dates, but not all to hand at the moment - a few maps have been lent out to various people/places at the moment - remembrance day exhibitions etc.etc.). Let me know specifically what you are looking for, and I'll see if I can find it for you. Dave.
