Paul Bradshaw Posted 25 January , 2013 Share Posted 25 January , 2013 National Archives catalogue give references for the above up to January, 1918, but I am looking for a war diary for the same Battalion for March 1918--both the CWGC and "Soldiers died" give his Battalion as 2/7th. Phil Evans Posted 25 January , 2013 Share Posted 25 January , 2013 Paul, From the Long Long Trail: 2/7th (Robin Hood) Battalion Formed at Nottingham on 19 September 1914 as a second line unit.
