aradgick Posted 12 December , 2012 Share Posted 12 December , 2012 While sorting out the belongings of my parents who died earlier this year, we came across this photo. One of the men in it is Reginald Arthur Nethercott, 3rd Battalion, Grenadier Guards, KIA 27th November 1917, who was my maternal grandmother's fiancee. I posted it because it may be of interest to anyone who had a relative in this group. I do not know which one was Nethercott (he would have been 28 when this photograph was taken) - but any help in identifying him would be appreciated (needle in a haystack job I fear) Andrewr

Lewis Sullivan Posted 13 December , 2017 Share Posted 13 December , 2017 Sorry to bump the old thread but I'm on the hunt for my Great great uncle Alfred Hartland. He was in the 3rd battalion G guards killed on the 8th October. I don't suppose there is any names on the photograph? Hope you're well. Regards Lew.
