Pictures / stories of men enlisting and leaving for war

I'm researching the beginning of the war and would really like some images or stories people might have of soldiers leaving home and their families. Troops waving goodbye and all going off together type thing, or saying goodbye to their wives / mothers. Also anything about the men going to enlist and signing up would be really useful.

Any information, images or stories would be much appreciated.

Its a bit long winded but i would check out newspapers at your local archives, it takes some trawling through but you'll find lots of stuff reported in papers.
