The Inspector Posted 4 November , 2012 Share Posted 4 November , 2012 Hi All Four days ago I went browsing in an antique shop in Todmorden.West Yorks. and spotted a rather tired looking presentation case with a Brit and Vic pair. My wife saw me looking and said,"We don't want any more". Anyway I checked the details out with the aid of a magnifying glass and a torch. When checking on Ancestry, when she had gone to bed, I was amazed to find the Service Records for Edgar and from the info. traced two public member trees. One tree owner wasn't interested but the other was. The end result is that Edgar's great grandaughter now has the medals on the wall at home and she is thrilled to bits BUT not half as much as I am. Ancestry....worth every penny. Regards Barry
