Maybe Dycer can give me some information on this man . Charles Stewart 4441 8th royal Scots .

One of the 'originals' entitled to Clasp & Roses, went out on 5th November,1914 . An E Company man probably Dalkeith or Loanhead area (more likely Dalkeith). To the best of my knowledge lived through war, I don't have anything extra on him I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply .

I bought his medals this week , complete with original bar , mainly for the TEM to the 8th .I have quite a few 8th men if you ever want

photo's ect .

I'm still looking for a TFWM and a trio/pair and plaque to the 8th , if you know the wherabouts of any let me know please .
