Quick announcement if you want to assist to some ceremonies :

Villers-Bretonneux - Fouilloy Australian National Memorial : Saturday 26 April - 10 a.m. as every year.

More special, in Hamel, Friday 23 April, 6.15 a.m., rendez-vous at the Australian Corps Memorial Park, many Australian soldiers and their families are expected. Informations and reservations for the breakfast (prepare by locals) after the ceremony : Mairie de Le Hamel

PS As a couple of "forumites" I am French, not a big contributors, but I always feel that forum comfortable & interesting and their members open-minded helpful and nice. Some messages I don't want to read deep disturb me a lot. Sorry.

There is also a dawn service at the Pozieres Windmill at 5am on 25th April - organised by Dominique at Le Tommy. He hopes a few will be there for the 'break of day' - I hope to walk up there from my house. Might see some of you there?

Pozieres at 0500! I'd have to leave Mons at 0330. Maybe I can get an overnight pass? I'll try to make it either way.
