I agree that the man front right with shoulder title visible looks like a Territorial. He has a large cap badge, but it is too indistinct to be positively identified. Most of the men are wearing the simplified SD jacket with long unpleated chest pockets and no shoulder patches, the bulk of which were issued from around September 1914 to July 1915. In general though they have the look of war-raised volunteers from one of Kitchener's Service Battalions.

I think it looks too round for either of those. My best guess is Essex Regiment, but I'm not confident because it's so blurred. RE is also possible, but the bottom looks wrong for that.

I had another thought over the weekend. The should flash looks T ## 'blah'

As though there are two numbers and not many regiments had that man Territorial battalions so perhaps it is 10th County of London? cap badge would also fit
