Can anyone help with the meaning of the following KR's with regard to 'Cause of Discharge':

I was just about to reply to this as I have recently had to look up 392/XVI KR while researching a soldier who was with the Monmouths and then Labour Bn.

Can anyone help with what c (a) i.s. stands for ? This was written after the above on.

Many thanks for your reply.

Para 392 (XVI) fits in with the information I have regarding the soldier, who was a resident of Broughton House, a home for disabled servicemen in Kersal nr Manchester. The home was founded in 1916 and is still open today and continues to care for 56 ex-servicemen and Merchant Navy men.
