anthony osborne Posted 31 March , 2012 Share Posted 31 March , 2012 I have in my possession a silver war badge numbered "136397" - what's the best way of finding out who was awarded it - I'd love to establish the story behind it. Can anyone help please and point me in the right direction. Many thanks,
