Ian Allison Posted 19 March , 2012 Share Posted 19 March , 2012 I am trying to trace the whereabouts of the Medals awarded to Lance Corporal Arthur Firth - 2nd Battallion Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry. He was my Grandad, and was killed in action in the First Battle of Ypres1914. Any information to start the ball rolling will be appreciated. Thanks Old Rover
archangel9 Posted 19 March , 2012 Share Posted 19 March , 2012 Try posting on the British Medal forum too - http://www.britishmedalforum.com/ John
Steelback5 Posted 20 March , 2012 Share Posted 20 March , 2012 Yes as John says the British Medal Forum would be a good start and you could always try placing and add in Medal News - they have a medal tracker section - http://www.medaltracker.com/
