Help identifying rank and uniform extras

A very very light (powder) blue coat with red collars may be a Dragoner-Regiment.

Extreme right appears to be bearing a sword/scabbard so possibly attached via sash 'cos it doesn't seem to be worn under the great coat

On second sight the others are armed similarly

Someone else will be able to give more info on the sash but they appear to be fairly generic parade sashes, blue and white the same as some belts I have seen.

The closest I could get would be Dragoner-Regt nr20 but in drawings they have a thin red band on the forearm.

Thanks so far. The guys are definitely members of IR 49 , picture taken in front of barracks in Gnesen, province Posen. These are friends from my Grandfather. Any ranks identifiable? Officers or NCO's? Do I take its a parade uniform?
