Can anyone suggest what it might be? He could be from Birmingham, if that's any help. (So sorry if I'm not meant to post it in two threads, but I wasn't sure if the folks who could help me would see it in the other one...!) Many thanks. Khaki Posted 13 January , 2012 Share Posted 13 January , 2012 I don't know about voluntary organisation, but those cuff rank badges look to me to be buttons at the same time as he is wearing shoulder rank badges that look to be material as opposed to metal.
