And if you didn't already know, he has up the medal ribbands for the 1914 or 1914/15 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal, is wearing 4 blue Overseas Service Chevrons on his right cuff (he would have had one red one for service in 1914 if entitled, so that would almost certainly make the earlier mentioned ribband for the 1914/15 Star instead), and sports a single Long Service Good Conduct stripe on his left cuff.
