dunmore44 Posted 24 August , 2011 Share Posted 24 August , 2011 My great uncle Gunner Edward Clarke 53042. 29th Bty. 42nd Bde., Royal Field Artillery was killed in action on 10 October 1917 during the 3rd battle of Ypres he is buried at Tyne Cot Cemetery. However, I have been informed by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission that they burial returns states that his body was found at map reference Sheet.28 D.25.d.20.20. He was identified by his disc, on the 18th March 1920 Could anyone provide a map showing the exact location of where his body was found. Many thanks Dunmore
