PRUSSIAN CUIRASSIER AUGUST 1914 (1)

[Cuirassier]

Hi,

I am soliciting your help because I would like to have a basic guide regarding the field uniform worn by an enlisted man of a Prussian Cuirassier regiment during the first weeks of the War.

For the basic impression on the field, I retained the following items (are they correct?):

- M. 1889 helmet for troops of the Prussian Cuirassier Regiments;

- M. 1908 Field Cap for troops of the Prussian Cuirassier Regiments;

- M. 1908 feldgrau tunic (mainly feldgrau version of the Koller);

- M. 1910 feldgrau tunic;

- trousers (?);

- boots (?).

As you can see, I don't have any information regarding the trousers and the boots.
