Perth Digger Posted 13 July , 2011 Share Posted 13 July , 2011 During these days the Guards Division was involved in the attack on Bourlon Wood, part of the larger battle of Cambrai. The history of the Coldstreams says that the 2nd battalion 'was not seriously engaged up to that time' (28th November), but on the 25th one company was sent up to strengthen the left flank of the Guards during the attack on the village of Bourlon.
