anyone know what the 12th Indian Cavalry WW1 cap badge looked like and where I could get one- re-strike is fine?

Hi I think this is what you require,Sam Brownes Cavalry,12th Frontier Force Cavalry.I would imagine it will be difficult to find,But Good Luck!

Lower badge is the Great war 12th Cav

The 12th served in the Mesopotamia theatre

Like the British Army cavalry the Indian Cavalry was reduced in size after the war by amalgamation

The Sam Brownes were 22nd Cavalry (Frontier Force) in the Great War, they went to Mespot too
