In Leicester, for example, http://www.johnewright.com/print/. I have had many old maps scanned, to various resolutions, colour or BW. There must be many such operations around. Copyright issues may have to be addressed,; I am not sure what happens with Crown copyright (presumably) on these old maps, but this may not be an issue now. ...
