John_Hartley Posted 28 April , 2011 Share Posted 28 April , 2011 Folks The Project has a small number of "untraced" men who died in the UK, according to Soldiers Died. So far, we've failed to trace death certificates. Almost our final "clutching at straws" exercise is to see if there was a newspaper obituary for them might might give some clues as to place of death. Can you help me out by offering to do a pretty quick look-up in the newpaper archives held at Chertsey Library and Birmingham Central Library. Please drop me a PM if you can help.
