Kales, den 20 Juni 1918. Hun onderdanige zoon Jos From tender and childish love and gratitude, offered to my beloved parents, as a joyful reminder of the severe ordeal 1914 - 1918, transmitted to us from God's blessed Hands. Kales, the 20-th of June 1918. Their submissive (obedient) son, Joe N.B. Kales is the dutch translation of Calais (France). First World War: Ceasefire on the 11-th of November 1918. Photo nr 3: Borgerhout - Antwerpen 38322 (army immatriculation number) Joseph Thys 19 - 3 - 1894 Municipality of BORGERHOUT, province of Antwerpen (english: Antwerp) Full (official) name: Joseph Thys.
