Salonika military camp photos and stories

Happy new year.

I'm a elementar school teacher in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, Grece. I have put up a project about the history of the region that city of Kalamaria, eastern Thessaloniki (former Salonika). We are focused in the history of ex-military camp of "Kodra's". In 1914 - 1918 time there has been a huge allies' camp here (Karabournou Minor cape). There were also airfileds, military hospitals etc. We 're trying to find photos, diaries or everything referring to life in this huge camp. Our region also enclose the British Military Cemetary of Mikra.

Could anyone help us?

I'm slowly typing up my grandfather's diary, one day at a time on http://eric.theseamans.net At the moment he is in the camp (January 1918). There are a few photos; many are too faded to use, but I will add some more soon.
