Morning,

Is there a problem withe Canadian War Diaries or is it just me.

I am trying to access the 4th Battalion and can get on the main site

but when I try to open the diary I get an error message.

Is anyone else having problems ?

Major interruption of LAC computing services December 18

On Saturday December 18, 2010 from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, a major interruption of LAC computing services will affect employees and clients of LAC.

During this period, the following services will be unavailable:

* All LAC internal and external Websites

* All e-mail services

* All of LAC's external applications (AMICUS, MIKAN, etc.)

Library and Archives Canada regrets any inconvenience that this may cause.

Unfortunately for amateur researchers like most of us, LAC often does major computer work on the weekends.

Why can't they pick a Wednesday . . . when I am (normally) working!!
