vanessaldixon Posted 2 November , 2010 Share Posted 2 November , 2010 I own an old photo album, it is No 4 of 4 (I don't have the others) It contains the employees of the Manchester and County Bank who served in the Great War and contains notes on casualties, the branches are in alphabetical order P to W. It can be viewed on my Flickr page http://www.flickr.com/photos/16717264@N03/sets/72157625173617699/ I have added some additional notes when I have found further information on the men Hope you find it of interest. Pighills Posted 2 November , 2010 Share Posted 2 November , 2010 What a lovely photo album to own, and so kind to share it with us - thank you! It would be nice if someone were to find a relative in the album whom they didn't have a photo of already.

John_Hartley Posted 2 November , 2010 Share Posted 2 November , 2010 What a great thing to own - it'd make a super research project for you, Vanessa. I'm hoping that a (different) photo of Turton will appear in my forthcoming book.
