Were the names of the men commanded by Lieutenant Commanders Edward Boyle and Martin Eric Nasmith and who were awarded the Distinguished Service Medal in 1915 ever listed in the London Gazette?

Both submarine commanders were awarded the Victoria Cross. However, unlike the officers of each submarine who were awarded the Distinguished Service Cross and were individually named in the London Gazette, none of the Petty Officers and sailors were named.

Extracts from the London Gazette.

Admiralty, 2lst May, 1915.

The KING has been graciously pleased to approve of the grant of the Victoria Cross to Lieutenant - Commander Edward Courtney Boyle, Royal Navy ... The KING has further been graciously pleased to approve of the award of the Distinguished Service Cross to the undermentioned Officers of Submarine E. 14 ... Approval has also been given for the award of the Distinguished Service Medal to each member of the crew of E. 14.

Admiralty, 24th June, 1915.

The KING has been graciously pleased to approve of the grant of the Victoria Cross to Lieutenant-Commander Martin Eric Nasmith, Royal Navy ... The KING has further been graciously pleased to approve of the award of the Distinguished Service Cross to the undermentioned Officers of the same Submarine ... Approval has also been given for the award of the Distinguished Service Medal to each member of the crew.

Thank you.

A most interesting gazette. On page 9063 was the DSO to Lieutenant-Commander Edgar Christopher Cookson, R.N. who just 15 days later would perform the act for which he would be posthumously awarded the VC. And on page 9067 is the order transferring Sub-Lieutenant Gordon Charles Steele from the RNR to the RN and who in 1919 would be awarded the VC in North Russia.
