While Looking For Something Else™ on the inter-webs, I was shocked, shocked to find an R.H. & R.F.A. Casualty List (page 1 only) from April 1915 which had nothing to do with the Service Records in which it had been filed.

Until such time as the party, or parties, responsible for this grave clerical error are found and brought to justice - yes, I am joking - the listing is posted here in the hope it may fill in a gap for someone.
