I found a page on the Australian War Memorial about a Mark IV Tank they have in their collection.

There's a brief history on the vehicle, but what's cool is the video on the page.

They remove the left side sponson, then they show the interior.

Mark IV Tank - "Grit" - Australian War Museum

The British Mark IV Female Tank Serial 4643 commanded by Captain N L Brown, was sent to Australia to assist in raising War Loans. This video shows the removal of the left side sponson and provides a clear view of the interior with commentary. [Recommended by Mr. Wigg - GWF][CEF Study Group - Oct 2010]

It's a Mk II Male captured at the battle of Arras 1917 It has the long 6 pounder and the narrowed cab
