daggers Posted 21 September , 2010 Share Posted 21 September , 2010 I have seen a family headstone including the name as above, but with no reference to regiment or corps. He died in 1923. Can anyone please help with more details. I have been unable to track the author of the Forum's thread with access to all DCM citations. I suspect Gallagher might be RAMC, but cannot go firm without more to back me up. Daggers

daggers Posted 21 September , 2010 Author Share Posted 21 September , 2010 Thanks for those two links. Both show Liverpool as his home city which fits in with a family grave here. I can now link this with a DCM citation in the LG, for gallantry at Hooge in August 1915. D
