Does anyone know of a memorial to the Seaforth Highlanders in St Stephen's Church, Leicester?

I know there is one there but I don't know why it is there or for what war even. Can anyone enlighten me please?

Thanks

Adam

Adam,

I could check for you, but I'm having problems in finding St Stephen's Church in Leicester. Do you have an address, or a road name?

There's a St Stephen's URC at De Montfort St. Leicester and a St Stephen's Cof E at North Evington which I believe is in the Leicester area.

I knew about the URC in De Montfort Street, but I doubt that's the one, so I'll try the Evington one. Might take a few days.....

Just bringing this to the top ... I've been to St Stephen's (locked, of course). I now need to get in touch with the vicar. More later......
