Guest surfer305 Posted 27 August , 2010 Share Posted 27 August , 2010 Hi, My great grandad served in the 4th battalion, grenadier guards from the start, when it was formed in Marlow in 1915. he survived the whole of the great war and would be interested to know any figures regarding how many left Marlow for the battlefield and how many returned.
