Hi all,

Was wandering if I could get a little help here from you experts,

Whilst on holiday i bought a pair of medals that looked sad and lonely in an antiques shop so I couldnt help myself.

Name and details on Medals : S.Hughes East Lancs Regt A,cpl 3 - 19453

Cant find him on CWGC site so I was wandering if any one could offer any information?

Was hoping for something with the Accrington Pals or something??????

Cheers, Ian.

Hi all,

I now have the MIC from NA.

If anyone has any further info please could you add.

On the card in the remarks section it has Retd(1743KR) 7883/adt for the victory and the british medals and 15 star(1743KR) 7883/adt for the star..........I know the Retd is returned but not sure about the rest????

Thanks.

No worries Ian,

we've all been a bit twitchy 'bout that!

Ken

Adj - It means that it was returned to be adjusted. Maybe because they spelt his name wrong.

Hi louloubaby and welcome to the forum.

A tip, if you use the fast reply reply box at the bottom of the page it avoids irrelevant quotes in your post
