R.E. and Allenby's despatches

Hi All,

I'n researching the R.E. railway men who built and operated the railways to support Allenby's push in Egypt and Jordan. I'm aware that he mentioned the railways in his despatch that covered the period March 1918 to Sept 1918. I'd be very grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction of how to view this despatch, preferably on-line but I've no idea if it exists in this format.

I'd also be interested in any info about the Royal Enginers R.O.D operation in Egypt/Jordan.
