Badge ID - two lions?

Hi guys,

You have been fantastic before so here's another challenge for you.

I have just bought a photo of an old soldier and can't id the cap badge. It's very difficult to see but looks like:

two lions (on back paws) standing on something

They are astride and holding some sort of oval shaped badge

There is something on top of the badge which could be a crown or something else.

sorry havent got a scanner at the mo but will try and take a photo of the photo and post in a bit

It is the General Service Corps badge. It was worn by the Labour Corps and Volunteer Training Corps (WW1 Home guard equivelent)amongst others.
