Remembered Today:

Loyal North Lancs Men

I have been asked to try and find out some more details on the men in these 2 photos but have drawn a blank. Can anyone shed any more light on who they were and what happened to them during the war? The 2 photos were taken whilst the 1/5th LNL were based in Chipping Sodbury, Gloucs between Aug and Nov 1914. The information and photos will be used in a forth coming exhibition in the Yate Heritage Centre in Oct / Nov this year entitled "Our Local Heroes".

Many thanks in advance

John
