DavoT Posted 10 July , 2010 Share Posted 10 July , 2010 Hi all, I was wondering what the significance of the 'white' trousers are in the attached photo. Are they similar to the hospital blues or are they a corps/regimental requirement. I have a couple of photos showing this uniform style and also one with 'white' tunics and standard trousers. Thanks in advance. David
DavoT Posted 10 July , 2010 Author Share Posted 10 July , 2010 Here's the one with the light colored tunics. Appears to have been taken in October 1914! David
fritz Posted 10 July , 2010 Share Posted 10 July , 2010 Hi, the white trousers and tunics belong to their working dress. Made from a special resistant and simple material. I attach another example. Fritz
