ralphjd Posted 1 July , 2010 Share Posted 1 July , 2010 Finally found "my" man, having paid up to FMP , but a question for you Pals, the front cover of the Census document states 1st Batt Manchester Regt address "KAMPLEE" any one know where/what this is ? he is listed amongst many other soldiers but against his name and several others is the word"absent" on leave perhaps ?
