headgardener Posted 21 June , 2010 Share Posted 21 June , 2010 There's a Henry Haywood died in Barnsley in 1925 aged 38 (details on Free BMD HERE). Would be the right age? Alternatively try other versions of his name (Henry, David, Heywood, Hayward, etc). Also; regarding the SWB, there will be a record of the number on the SWB roll, surely? delta Posted 21 June , 2010 Author Share Posted 21 June , 2010 Thanks for the prompt advice. Sadly, there is no mention on the MIC Here is the SWB card - how do I access the MGC rolls
headgardener Posted 21 June , 2010 Share Posted 21 June , 2010 This card lists the roll reference; "MGC 105". Then, using this you look for the appropriate roll in WO 329. Look at the advice in the Long Long Trail (top left tab, just under this forum's mast-head).
