looking for any information on this man

THOMAS MOSGROVE ARGYLL AND SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS REG No S/40866

I believe he may have been born in dundee about 1899. i have a copy of his medal index card but donot have any more info on him. anyone out there able to provide any more ?

I know it's not your man, but it's a very unusual spelling of the surname.

This is the only CWGC casualty, is there a relationship?
